Friday, July 7th

The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua – Anuenue Kitchen & Dining Room

25 fortunate attendees experience an intimate hands-on cooking class. Held in a private kitchen at The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua (Anuenue Room) Chef Serrano of the celebrated Picasso Restaurant at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, NV will demonstrate three simple recipes. After the presentation, attendees are treated to the entrees with at least 3 wine pairings and commentary from Master Sommeliers, Robert Smith and Rob Bigelow.

Chef Julian's Culinary Creations Include:

  • Warm Lobster Salad with Tropical Fruit and Citrus Vinaigrette
  • Sauteéed U-10 Day Boat Scallops with White Asparagus and Hollandaise Mouseline
  • Quail Farci with Spinach, Pine Nuts and Fresh Vegetables
    on a bed of Risotto


Saturday, July 8th

Chef Ming Tsai Cooking Exhibition - 12:00 – 1:15 pm

The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua – Ballroom
Featuring culinary creations of Chef Ming Tsai of Blue Ginger in
Boston MA . Tsai is a well-known television personality and an Iron Chef champion. His cuisine creatively and elegantly balances unexpected flavor combinations and is accompanied by premiere wine selections
Master Sommeliers John Blazon and Larry Stone will discuss wine pairings along with Donn Reisen of Ridge Vineyards.

Chef Ming's Culinary Creations Include:

  • Asian Gazpacho with Shrimp Toast
  • Sake-Miso Marinated Alaskan Butterfish with Wasabi Oil, Soy Syrup and Vegetarian Soba Noodle Sushi
  • Gosling's Flambéed Tropical Fruit Sundae

Sunday, July 9th

Chef Andrew Sutton Cooking Exhibition - 12:00 – 1:15 pm
(Included in 4-day pass)
The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua - Ballroom
Featuring the creations of Chef Andrew Sutton of the award-winning Napa Rose in California. This rising star will prepare sumptuous dishes paired with fine wines.
Featuring Panelists include: Shayn Bjornholm, MS, Robert Viernes, MS, Fred Dame, MS and Cyril Chappellet of Chappellet Winery.

Chef Andrew's Culinary Creations Include:

  • Lobster Avocado Martini "Shaken not Stirred" With Mango Lime Vinaigrette
  • Blackberry Zinfandel Braised Angus Beef Short Rib with a Warm Summer Corn Potato Salad
  • Artic With Peach Buttermilk Biscuit Cobbler with Candied Pecan Ice Cream
