If after booking your lodging accommodations on KapaluaVillas.com, you are able to find a lower rate for the same dates and accommodations type on another website, within 14 days, we will refund the difference to you, plus take an additional 10 percent off your lodging.

This offer does not apply to packaged rates, rates where the hotel name is not disclosed to you until after the purchase has been made, websites which requires affiliation with an organization, group bookings, or websites where a user ID and password are required to access the offer.

If a lower rate is found, in order to obtain the refund and discount, the offer must be faxed to our reservation department at 808-669-5234. The credit will be applied to your lodging bill. If reservation is cancelled, or the guest fails to consume the lodging no refund will be given.

Due to the high level of quality assurance and superior service provided by our company, the Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to other entities (real estate companies, individual owners, or other interests) renting units on our resort.
