Showcasing one to two world-class wines from each of our featured wineries. In consultation with Master Sommelier Andrea Immer and the wineries, participating chefs will create hors d'oeuvres specifically matched to the featured wines.

Rhine, Rhone and 'Rim - 12 p.m. - 2 p.m.
The Kapalua Bay Hotel Ballroom
Rhine-style and Rhone-style wines paired with Pacific Rim cuisine. The Rhone represents warm climates - think full-bodied, ripe, spicy/exotic - while the Rhine represents cool climates - think lighter in style, aromatic, delicate - two very different styles that yield distinct wines longing for similarly complex food. We'll OD on awesome flavors!

Kapalua Wine Tour - 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Samplings will be conducted on a drop-by basis at the following locations around the resort:

"Kapalua Cook-off " - 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Executive Chef Stephen Marshall hosts world-class chefs from around the globe in a timed "cook-off" featuring the freshest foods from local purveyors.

"ABC" and Winemakers Dinners - 6 p.m.
Two distinct dinner themes. Two ways to food & wine heaven.
"ABC Dinner" - Anything But Chardonnay & Cabernet. While any wine lover will always remain a fan of the benchmark wines made from Chardonnay & Cabernet Sauvignon, our host Andrea Immer will take us down the road (a lot) less traveled.

Winemakers Dinners - Cutting edge chefs from Kapalua's award-winning restaurants paired with world-renowned winemakers.

"Old World/New World, Secret Weapons of Sommeliers" - 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua Ballroom
A blind tasting of truly world-class examples of the major grape varieties (Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon) will bring all your senses to bear, but especially your sense of adventure. Master Sommelier Andrea Immer challenges tasters to explore the style differences between Old World wines from classic regions, and their New World counterparts.

American Cheese with Wine - 12 noon - 2 p.m.
The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua Ballroom
Which came first? The milk or the grape? See how two of the most historically popular foods & beverages continue to make the perfect pairing. We explore red, white and sweet wines with superb cheeses from American family farms.

Kapalua Wine Tour - 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Kapalua's chefs host several of Hawaii's top chefs in a feast for the senses. The bounty of the Pacific is complimented by the wine selections of host Andrea Immer.
